- Motel Rates- $85 - $130 (double occupancy)
- Efficiency Rates- $95 - $145 (double occupancy)
- Cottages- $950 – $1100/ week $125 – $175/night
Shamrock Policies
- Check in 2:00 PM till 10:00PM / Check out 10:30 AM
- Facilities ONLY for registered guests. Sorry, no visitors.
- Cancellation Policies STRICTLY ENFORCED:
o No refunds for cancellations on special event weekends
o No refunds for cancellations of multi-unit reservations
o MOTEL/EFFICIENCY – 7 days notice or loss of one nights fee
o COTTAGE -- $50.00 handling fee on all cottage cancellations
-- Summer (Weekly) – 30 days notice or loss of deposit
-- Fall/Winter/Spring – 14 days notice or loss of one nights fee - All rental units are non-smoking. Guests who choose to smoke in their unit will be charged a $150.00 cleaning fee.
